We are excited to serve you and help you select your new family member. Before you head our way, please review the below process to ensure your visit and adoption goes smoothly.

• to reclaim your lost pet(s)
• to surrender your pet(s)
• to bring in strays
• to bring in donations
We ARE HERE to help you and we encourage you to call us for assistance.
To ADOPT please be pre-approved by applying online (adoption tab is above) and the adoption coordinator will contact you to schedule your visit by appointment. Pets ARE available for adoption and we look forward to hearing from you. Out-of-county and out-of-state adopters are welcome to apply. You can see photos and videos of available cats and dogs on Petfinder.
The shelter cannot host any volunteer or visiting groups until further notice.
CALL 843-398-4011 to Darlington County Animal Control to request pickup of stray or dangerous animals.
